So apparently the reindeer needed a vacation this year so Santa decided it was time to upgrade his ride. With the help of some local Army folks, he got a ride all the way to St. Cloud in a Chinook helicopter! He drove out the back to huge cheers from the military families from the National Guard, Aviation Unit. The kids then got to take turns sitting on Santa's lap and getting their picture taken and getting a present. Santa also got to try his turn in a Blackhawk! (Due to privacy reasons we can only show you Lisa greeting Santa). It was a super fun event that also included pizza and many treats. Lisa and I were very honored to be part of the fun event!!
